Coffee Information

This coffee comes from the Thunguri Wet Mill of the Kibirigwi Farmer Cooperative society, grown on the southern slopes of Mt Kenya. Farmers selectively hand pick red ripe cherries that are delivered for wet milling on the same day. The parchment is then fermented, washed and sun dried.This region is perfect for developing the flavours we’ve come to expect from Kenya – fruity and citrus. The Thunguri AA is the perfect example of a specialty Kenyan coffee.
