Description
This coffee is grown in the regions of Tolima and Huila in Colombia. This lot undergoes Ethyl Acetate decaffeination, commonly called the 'sugarcane method', a process which combines high mountain spring water and Ethyl Acetate of natural origin. This process of decaffeinating helps preserve the natural characteristics of the coffee and delivers a really well balanced decaf.
Expect a subtle fruitiness, a nutty body and a smooth, slightly sweet finish. A decaf that doesn't compromise on flavour.
