Description
This excellent coffee is processed using honey anaerobic fermentation in barrels for 120 hours. After fermentation, the coffee is dried on raised beds for 2-3 days and then on patios for 4-12 days, depending on the weather.
This special coffee from Indonesia works fantastically as a bright filter coffee or a rich espresso shot.

A light, fruity body of white grape and pomegranate with a rich caramel undertone.
